I began my career in culinary arts. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America I worked as an efficiency consultant for restaurants in Austin, Texas, many of which are still around today. Helping these restaurants succeed helped me realize my fondness of tracking and managing all the intricate financial components of running a business.
I went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University where I learned about my unique passion for accounting and financial concepts. My interest is to stay up to date with the regulations which are continually changing as well as expanding my knowledge on perspectives from accounting and financial experts.
